The numbers speak for themselves. The largest chapter on campus, consistently for years now, has been AOII. They recruit great girls but most importantly, they KEEP them. Retention of members is key to having a successful community, and it’s something other chapters have struggled with. Something is being done right. They also have had top grades for years. For those saying there isn’t diversity... go look at a composite or attend a chapter meeting. I was surprised when I went to do an announcement. Just bc some of those girls aren’t as social doesn’t mean they aren’t involved in the chapter. I have heard that their advisers do a lot for them though.

These girls talk so badly about each other and other sororities its kind of sad, they also are not very diverse or inclusive to anyone outside of their chapter or adpi, I would love to see them expand there horizons and be more friendly to everyone on campus!

AOII is a really hard hitting sorority on campus when it comes to involvement, they really do it all! And they place in most competitions (although some could argue they place too high at some). They are super involved, but it's because they make everything required for their members. They do really well durring recruitment and are often one of the sororities many pns want. Lately though, it feels like they are slipping and the only reason it isn't as obvious is because they are "AOII." They used to be on top, but some other sororities are really coming up and starting to give them a run for their money
