Our only competition during rush. They had a little slip up in the fall, but have bounced back in the spring and are easily top tier. Excited to see what these guys do in the fall

The numbers speak for themselves. The largest chapter on campus, consistently for years now, has been AOII. They recruit great girls but most importantly, they KEEP them. Retention of members is key to having a successful community, and it’s something other chapters have struggled with. Something is being done right. They also have had top grades for years. For those saying there isn’t diversity... go look at a composite or attend a chapter meeting. I was surprised when I went to do an announcement. Just bc some of those girls aren’t as social doesn’t mean they aren’t involved in the chapter. I have heard that their advisers do a lot for them though.
