Not an adpi, but I'm honestly surprised their average rank is so low. They work really hard and have a lot of quality women. They don't seem to have a lot of fun together though - their sisterhood is lacking. All work, no play.

XO is a mixed bag. Their older girls were fantastic but their past two plede classes have a few too many partiers - your more likely to see those girls at a bar than being involved on campus. Their recent pledge classes have really affected their classiness. They seem to all get along, but I know more than a few just feel like one of the crowd.

This chapter probably won't be around much longer... Their recruitment is poor because they recruited bad when they first returned to campus. Very little campus involvement except for the one or two girls who are obviously doing everything for their chapter. Lots of airheads.

This chapter is on the up for sure - for pnms looking for a place they can get involved right away and do big things in an organization this is the place for you. Other chapters who might be higher tier won't have room for you to grow and will just fit you into their mold. Every chapter has their ups and downs but it seems like KDs always have fun, they have a good sisterhood and by far the best philanthropy.

This is the only fraternity on the row that is improving. They have stepped it up majorly in the past few years in terms of involvement, which they have won awards for, but they still manage to be a fun group. Wouldn't say they have the best house on the row, but they have an advantage of not having as many spots to fill which means less debt and less chance of getting kicked off the row. Also they are between the two hottest sorority houses. Definitely going to be number on on campus this fall.

Ran into some girls a couple of nights ago. Rude and snobby. Not one girl put their phone down the entire night. The phone was more important than their friends.

Put it however you'd like, but an off row fraternity has finally reached the top tier. Congrats to those guys.

Yes they have come a long way. Passed up AXO and kd but they are still far from top tier

These girls are amazing! its crazy how far they have come. They are almost a triple threat to all the other sororties and yet they are still so genuinely nice. You go girls!
