All the Phi's I know are really cool guys. I think that they are by far one of the best on campus and are extremely underrated. I think Phi Delt and ATO are the best fraternities on campus. Phi Delt is great overall. Has awesome parties and are a really nice group of guys.

Disappointed they joined the row with the rest of us because the other sorority beat them to the only open one at the time. Not very classy, happy they are not our neighbors

I believe they have moved up with the best of us, and they aren't here to take our spots which I love. These girls can coexist and befriend anyone, they were the only girls who deserved a new house this year

It is clear that Kappa Sig fell off and are self ranking like crazy on here. Kappa Sig does like to trans talk and get rowdy but they haven't done anything for a while. They have the lowest of all the gpa's and start trouble. Pretty sad considering they used to be top tier.
