PIKE is probably a good bet for first.
Pi Kapp and Sig Ep go two and three in some order.
Honestly though, I really enjoy going to Theta Chi on the weekends. I have some friends who were just initiated, and they always show me a good time there. They are good guys.

1.Lambda Chi, no creepy guys there, plus they are super fun. They throw the best parties. And just hanging out on the weekends in Lambda is always a fun time.
2.Apple Pi throws good parties as well.
The rest are all on the same levels.
Depsi guys know how to dance, just wish there was more space. Aepi: The guys are cool. But the jungle juice is too strong.
I havent been to TKE yet but I hear they are no longer in probation.
PiKapp is not always fun. Their parties are unpredictable. They can be super fun though.
Pike is chill, but not much space either. The guys vary.
Sig Ep is cool, I haven't been there yet either, but I hear good things.
PhiPsi are pretty fun. They are really gentlemen and know how to have a good time.

PIKE has a tiny house, too many members and are ridiculously creepy NO ONE parties there.
I prefer to party at AEPi then maybe at Apple Pi
