They seem to have a lot of great girls but also a few weird, really unfriendly duds. Their recruitment was nice and I regret dropping them so early. They seem really genuine. They aren't the prettiest overall but they actually seem to choose pledges based on personality and how good of a fit they are for the org.

Phi Sig had a rough Halloween. A lot of their pledges drank too much at pregame and had to be dragged out by sisters from other sororities because their own sisters were too busy dancing. Their older members are very closed off and unwilling to talk to girls outside their org. Their recruitment events made it pretty clear who they were looking for. Despite all that I genuinely like some of the girls I've met in their pledge class. They're really friendly and don't seem as closed off.

I think that DPhiE is one of the strongest well-rounded sororities on campus. They cover the whole nine yards of what one would be looking for in a sorority. I went into rush not knowing anything about this sorority, and came out of it very fond of them and impressed by their sisterhood. All of the girls I know from this sorority are very genuine people, very fun to be around and to party with, but they still balance academics and community service as well. Definitely top tier.
