by: I swearIf I see one more freaking post boasting about Aphi or putting them somewhere on the level of gphi or Tri delt I'm gonna freak out. This is a REJECT HOUSE. You go here if you were REJECTED from gphi, Tri delt, DG, pi phi, chi o, kappa, theta. You go to Aphi because you were rejected from good more desirable houses. Aphi is a hodge podge of sort of cute but somethings off about you type girls that Tri delt, gphi and DG didn't want and sort of smart girls that couldn't quite communicate well enough with pi ohi, chi o, kappa and theta. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY would put alpha phi on the same level of any of those houses. They are a legitimate land of misfit toys.

I guarantee you both of these posts, written 2 minutes apart, were written by the same person just wanting to slam both aphi and gphi. Why do YOU keep doing this? Someone needs to hug you and love you and tell you your capable, confident and beautiful so you will stop attacking those you feel threatened by. Now STOP the same ridiculous attack on those 2 sororities-it's getting old, real old!

Maybe girls who pref Aphi over other houses did so because they had a genuine conversations there? (Not saying genuine conversations don't happen elsewhere!) No matter what house you are deciding to target, how dare you question what house a girl chooses to join? Not all girls who come through recruitment are worrying about bringing highschool cliques to college with them. We all know that you can decide back of house who will match up with who when greeting and talking to PNMs, but that doesn't mean just because Sally was a dancer and PNM Kate was too, that they undoubtedly will have a good conversation. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It comes back to recruitment being a MUTUAL SELECTION PROCESS, and where girls feel like they belong. If I had a sister going through right now, would I push her to join my house? Of course I would love her to be my "double" sister. But I would never tell her to choose a house for superficial reasons. If she likes a house that is seen as a "lesser" house... but it is the one she sees herself calling a second home and a sisterhood she is excited about, then by all means, follow your instinct! We all know you can read up online on sororities and have an idea in mind about what they stand for and what they're like, but until you go through and meet the girls, you won't know what you want to do. Some houses will surprise you. Some houses won't live up to the ideas you had about them. It all works out in the end. Happy Recruitment Mizzou!

Sorry. Not the same person. And why would you choose to insult someone who commented on the original post instead of those incredibly insecure Alpha Phis who just keep ranting about how hot they are and how that makes them top tier?
