pi phi isn't all it's cracked up to be

And who will replace them? That's the thing y'all don't realize when you claim top tier houses are dropping. Someone has to be good enough to replace them at the top? Who is going to be? Kappa? ADPi? GPhi? Hell no.

No matter how bad the top tier gets, they'll stay top tier until another house is consistently strong enough to replace them. That's how tiers work.

If you think looks and grades are what make top tier, then Theta and GPhi would be scratching each others' eyes out to see who's on top. But most of us know it doesn't work that way and PiPhi is doing just fine, thank you.

So now we know. The Mizzou Basher is done with her attack on TriDelt and has gone on to PiPhi. She decimated Kappa last year and for some reason seems to LOVE Alpha Phi. There's nothing here, folks. She is just stirring up trouble. It doesn't matter what she says because the numbers don't lie. PiPhi is an extremely strong house and has the return rate and retention rate to prove it.
Time to choose a new victim. Gosh, I wonder which house will be next? I'm guessing XO, but first she will have to come up with a reason and, sadly for her, a house having a few chubby or awkward members doesn't mean they can't be a top house. XO proves it every day and is extremely popular. So, then, perhaps theta? That's another great house, so maybe that one will be next. Whatever she chooses, she will be wrong.
