new 300 rule!!

Will the new 300 rule mean sororities will also be taking smaller numbers than in the past for formal recruitment ??

1. No, because that's not how quota is determined and it changes every year

2. No, because the 300 Rule is a rumor made up by someone on this website to hide the fact that their house is COBing, even though they're listed on the PHA website as a COBing house.

then why did zeta email me saying they can't offer anyone bids anymore because of the 300 rule when I went to their informal event last wednesday???
