You can bash Tri Sigma and their Nationals all you want, but I love everything about them. I've personally met many national officers, and they are lovely, caring, philanthropic women, and quite frankly, isn't that and a strong sisterly bond all that matters. They are on the rise. It's tough for any new sorority coming to a new campus.

Of course they're on the rise. When you're the worst house on campus, the only place to move is up.

They were being outrushed by Phi Mu years ago and now SK is outrushing them as well. Sigma has a hundred fewer girls than the next biggest house on campus, they're hovering around two hundred while other houses have roughly three hundred and fifteen girls. They are STRUGGLING.

And don't be surprised if your nationals ends up doing to you what they're doing right now at UVA -- recruiting an all-new chapter after putting all the actives on alumnae status.
