my personal ranking of "tiers"

I took it upon myself to rank the houses based on similar groupings! Let me know what you think!
1: Pi Phi and Tri delt (two houses everyone wants at beginning of recruitment and are both well-rounded with looks and involvement)
2: ADPI,KKG,XO, & Theta (they are all very similar houses in most aspects, mixed looks, but very smart and involved. Well- liked houses)
Tied 3: G phi, A phi and DG(all very similar houses, girls like them during rush, very popular with frats, good sisterhoods, but lack in grades and involvement. Party houses.)
Tied 3: KD and AXO (both have very similar girls and great sisterhoods and grades, are known for being the sweet girls. They are better than the three listed houses above in certain ways but not others. Just different types of girls.)
4: Zeta: I have nothing wrong with zeta and I almost grouped them with Aphi/gphi/dg but theres something about zeta that differentiates them from those houses. They are slightly cattier than the other ones, but still have too strong of looks to be considered a real "bottom house". Still popular with frats but just not known to be as nice as the other ones i mentioned.
5: Sigma Kappa: Newer to campus, but definitely working it's way to being a solid house. Doesn't really fit in with other house groupings. Very cool girls.

This is actually a pretty good list. I do not think it is common for girls to truly like houses in different groups. I know the ones I really liked are all grouped together in this analysis. This is why so many mean things are said on this site. If you like the 'academic' grouping you probably won't like the 'party' one and vice versus. We just need to realize people are looking for different things from their sisterhood and respect that.

Agree very much with the descriptions, not so much with the order. XO and Theta aren't on the same level as ADPi or KKG who aren't on the same level as each other other. Although all these houses are smart like your post says certain ones are more well rounded and desired putting them higher up. AXO is not on the same level as KD at all! I like KD but for some reason they don't have as good a rep as AXO.
