Nowadays the pretty girls aren't going for tridelt, they've lost their niche. I would say now we've got a number of strong upper mids that aren't quite as prestigious as those three were previously seen. Otherwise yes and yes for Pi Phi and XO.

OK. We get it. You are on a one-woman mission to make sure people know you don't like TriDelt. But the thing is, we don't care what you ^^^^^^ think.

I think this is a huge transition year for houses. As most agree, the top houses are changing. I think by next fall we will definitely see how it's changed up. A TON of smart, well rounded and beautiful girls came through recruitment-it will probably be surprising to many too see how much things have changed!

Yes, but YOU are the only person who thinks that all it takes to be a top house is looks. It matters not at all whether DDD's pledge class is hot. What matters is that they get the girls they want, that they have high standards and that they remain an extremely popular option. If only you understood that.

Actually tridelt slipping is a very popular option, everyone has talked about it on campus and on GR. Secondly, tridelt was top for that very reason and now that they aren't top in looks they don't really have anything special about them to keep them in the top tier. Sad tridelt, if YOU only understood that. But I think you do understand or else you wouldn't feel the need to try and convince the rest of us otherwise.

I'm sorry, but "getting all the pretty girls" or not, everyone who goes into Rush has tridelt on their radar if not their first choice. Tri delt gets who they want and to be honest they probably just straight dropped some of the bimbo hot airheads that they recruited in past years because they had crap grades or crap personalities and opted for more quality women even if that meant sacrifcing some "looks". Regardless, this is still one of the most desired houses and most girls get cut from them. I guarantee every pretty girl rushing next year is still going to be devastated to be cut from tridelt as many of them do and end up in Aphi or gphi.

Yes yes yes to above! You read my mind. Everyone goes into rush with tridelt on their radar but all the pretty popular girls were super let down by them and ended up preffing gphi or aphi over tridelt because a good majority of tridelt are loser types that just got in because they're from stl. It's clear from the get go during rush that tridelt is losing their rep for being top. Sorry but this is just reality! I went through rush this year, my experience is current.

So true. I came in from oos with no prior knowledge as to ranks. I cut XO and Pi Phi because I thought the girls came across really geeky. Being "top" and being the popular type girls doesn't seem to be interchangeable here.

Do you even go to this school? You are the first person in the history of Greek Rank to call Pi Phis "geeky." And if you don't think they're popular, then who is?

I do think they're popular on campus, I just found them geeky in the hyper active super weird kinda way. It's more their personalities but their looks are also average. They're just so average and pretty weird idk!

Someone answer this question in relation to XO, Pi Phi or Tridelt and I'll reconsider the idea that they're slipping. We all know no ones gonna answer because they can't

What exactly are they supposed to do? Jump through hoops? Put on a dog and pony show? I think it's enough that they continue to get exactly who they want, that their grades are high, that their alumni support is stellar, that their houses (structures) are beautiful, that their sisterhoods are exceptional and that they are the envy of Greektown. Now, if that's not enough for you, OK. But they really don't have to prove anything to you, or anyone else. They just have to keep putting on an exemplary rush.

Let's get this straight. You got exactly the house you wanted. You really showed the top houses who's boss. You are much cooler than they are. And yet you are on this site trying to prove something? Yea, right.

If being on this site says anything about how well someone is doing then let's count the posts from XO, Pi Phi and Tridelts on this thread alone...
