new houses

how do you think two houses (dg and zeta) getting new houses next year will effect rush? going through recruitment, chi o's house was a big plus when choosing on pref day.

It can only have positive effects. everyone talks of DG being on the rise and coming toward the top. It's only fitting it they have a new house to reflect their status. Zeta will benefit too. These girls have improved so much from grades, placing in competition and public opinion in general. Maybe a new house is what Zeta needs to show what they have to offer is more than what everyone else believes. Zeta is like DG's little sister. Fine now but give it some time and they'll blossom into a solid middle tier house.

I dunno about zeta. You can't put lipstick on a pig and call it pretty. Those girls are dramatic and mean to the core
