could theta be the top house?

Theta's are great girls overall, but honestly a lot of their girls aren't very cute. They obvious have some cute ones but not enough overall to matter. They also aren't social enough. Many Thetas don't go out and kind of stick to themselves so they aren't the most popular with fraternities. They seem like shallow reasons, but how attractive and popular you are to fraternities matter. Theta shines in so many other areas though! That's why people unanimously consider them upper-mid tier.

Theta IS top tier, along with TriDelt, XO, ADPi and PiPhi, and has been for quite a while. Those are the houses with the highest standards, the strictest grade cuts and the ones that are hardest to get into. And, truly, what loser frat guys think about a house only matters to girls who join houses like GPhi and APhi. No great brain trust there.

I feel the same way about Adpi and axo. I see them as top tier because they're well so rounded compared to other houses. They literally have it all.
