Out of pure curiosity I want to know if ΔΔΔ ΠΒΦ ΧΩ ΚΚΓ & ΚΑΘ do COB secretly? People say these are the most selective and covered during recruitment so they never need to COB. I've also heard rumors that some of the listed do very low key COB events, only take a small amount of girls, and don't publicize their new members on social media or submit their new member grades to PHA. Is all of this false or can someone confirm otherwise?

Regardless of rumors, none of these houses COB. Yes, this includes kappa and chi o. They do not COB.

Tridelt did COB the last two years (fact) and Kappa did COB in 2014
