No one and I mean NO ONE thinks GPhi is top tier. Their grades stink and their standards are worse. They have the kind of pretty girls who look too tan and too tough.

Since when is Theta top tier? When? Was it the three girls they forced to go alum because of unplanned pregnancies that put them over the edge? Or was it their lack luster showing in competitions?

Top 5 is hard. Too many opinions.
Top houses are pi phi followed by chi o, kappa, DDD in some manner.
Those are followed by Adpi, axo, DG.
In a way, we have a top tier, but lines are grey.

Kappa is not popular, if you're going to "/" someone else in there it would be Aphi. Otherwise I agree with your choices (although I wouldn't put tridelt at the very top anymore)
