by: FreshmanIn relation to all this Tri delt is not top tier/are falling stuff, I really think it's ridiculous. When I went through rush this year, we all talked. Every girl in my group, girls in other groups, my floormates, etc. we all talked. We talked about who we wanted the most going through the week and most girls all loved Tri delt. Some would be like "oh I'm not that interested" trying to blow it off like they didn't like them, then would end up crying their little hearts out when Tri delt cut them. I've never seen more girls cry over being cut from a house than I have for Tri delt. If that doesn't tell you they have a huge grasp on girls idk what does. I saw girls get cut by adpi and theta and kappa and they just kind of blow it off. As long as they still had Tri delt. So maybe you should all stop lying to yourselves to make you feel like "times are changing" and that your house may finally have a shot because that it just not reality. Tri delt is not slipping, If anything they are just getting more selective. Breaking more pretty little hearts by Cutting more girls with lower gpas or extracurriculars... Maybe it's possible they actually want girls who are smarter and more established rather than just pretty girls now. Now they really want the full package. If that's the case I only see them gaining rather than losing.

Of course TriDelt is still a top house. There is just a handful of very vocal Alpha Phis who are on this site insisting it's not true. As always, TriDelt got exactly who they wanted during rush. But the Alpha Phis can't imagine anyone would rush for something other than looks. That's the difference between a top house and a mediocre house.

Thank you tridelt for this bs story. Coming from someone from a prestigious high school who came here with many friends, we were intrigued by tridelt before rush because of your history but the moment we met your sisters, we were all turned off. Your active sisters are like the losers in high school. The types that wanted really badly to be popular but we're just awkward and not cute... I appreciate your huge exaggerated rant but I find that pretty hard to believe. Also, your Greek rank desperation has turned everyone against you soooo I imagine this beautiful story of yours will be doing more harm than good. Not all that wise in the tridelt house are we?

Actually I'm in an ACTUAL top tier house. Not tri delt the has beens and not alpha phi. If tridelt got who they wanted then I'm really at loss for words as to why they wanted a bunch of Plain Janes with poor features

ok first of all, according to this website, what ACTUAL top houses do we even have left, because you've all been trying to convince us that tri delta and chi o have magically and mysteriously just "fallen" so far down in a matter of months that pi phi is the only one left. So, are you a pi phi then? since apparently thats the only one left. second of all, i don't know who you're looking at or talking to, but i have seen very few "plain janes"with poor features in that house. i see a lot more "plain janes with poor features" in pi phi than i ever have in tri delt. and thirdly, even if there were a few more plain janes in tri delta, has it ever occurred to you that they actually wanted those girls, maybe because they are smart and will help their house grow rather than just picking a bunch of idiots who just want to party like they have been in the past? like no, maybe they don't want that. sorry you were cut but get over it.

My boyfriend told me his brothers find tridelts last two pc's to be awkward and not up to their usual standard lookswise. I have no idea if tridelt actually got the girls they wanted but if they did I really have no clue what it is they recruit for now... It's not looks, not social skills, not grades (maybe this year we'll have to wait and see) and it's not personality since they're on here like vultures. Idk to everyone else it just looks like you're slipping and I'm not a tridelt hater.

only at mizzou are girls so jealous and bitter and upset that their house isnt the best that people literally drag other houses through the mud so much to the point we only have one top house lol. and of all houses its pi phi, the girls who don't communicate with anyone but each other. this is pathetic guys. just get over yourselves. all of you.

as an actual roommate of a tri delta, i can tell you they do cut girls if their grades suck and they've done nothing with their lives worth putting on a resume. if that means they have to cut every attractive pnm that goes through rush, they will. My roommate came home from recruitment seemingly every day and said they had to cut another one of her cute, sweet rush crushes because she just wasn't good enough all around, basically.

Tri delt gets who they want. If you're in alpha phi, they probably didn't want you. Quit living in denial.
