No one knows them for any house except their own. So it seems a little suspicious that someone is trying to "up-rank" their house by pretending they knows everyone else's return rates.....

Well, the return rates are actually fairly widely known... And exactly WHICH house was I up-ranking?

Ok-but this is totally false. theta, ddd and xo thought they had their numbers. something was totally off this year. those 3 houses (xo no surprise) had to cob. and yes to everyone reading the board-delta delta delta COBBED for the first time n a long time. . but so did al the houses. we are just being up front in case any petty people question this.

and where did you get that info? because it is totally FALSE! DDD, Theta and xo had there Absolutely LOWEST RETURNS! Adpi went from having no returns to a great return which is great for them. As all of panhell says this year-it was a time of change. STOP with your top tiers-there are no more 'rop tiers' just 'popular' houses..make it superficial if you will-but for the girls that go in to those houses, it's not

Well we se how defensive houses get. currently it al depends on what you refer to as top house. based upon legacy/history it continues to be xo, piphi tri delt. if we are basing it on the last few years-get crazy people-we are only going for what pnm want-it's piphi, gphi, alpha, adpi, and kappa. NO order specified. THAT IS BASED on pnm requests. debate it if you will but them check with your panhell leaders-if they will release that this year with how competitive things are. All remember-we want an equal and loving greek life(we know this of our current panhel members_

And here you have it, ladies and gentlemen. A sorority member who is either so obsessed with tearing down other houses or so embarrassed that their house is in the bottom tier that they post successively, lying and trying desperately to convince us that the top tier houses aren't top tier. What possible difference can it make? You have been a part of your sorority now for a full semester. You should have found lasting friends by now and developed pride in your letters. If you are still upset about what transpired when you went through rush more than 4 months ago, god help you. But tearing down quality houses won't help you feel better. That happiness and contentment comes from trusting yourself and your decisions and letting go of petty jealousies. I get it. You can't handle the fact that TriDelt, XO, Theta, PiPhi and ADPi are strong houses and they didn't want you. But just be thankful that you found a sisterhood that embraces you. Time to let it go and enjoy being a part of Greek life. Perhaps you can come back in January with a new attitude. Because this old one isn't doing you any good.

Tridelt did NOT get the girls they wanted and yall know it. That's why tridelt has been going crazy on here since recruitment, they know their image is fading and are trying WAY too hard to convince us otherwise. You may have history but you are not a pnms top choice. Your girls are pure geeks and awkward to talk to, I had no interest when I visited DDD, you don't come across as high class or popular/social kind of girls. I was very surprised to learn that in recent years you were ever top. Weird.

If you were privy to them the way we are, you would realize they tell the entire story. Sorry you're out of the loop, but that doesn't mean they don't exist.

Mhm yeah ok well if you actually had them I HIGHLY doubt youd be spewing your Bullsh.it on here. Nobody is "privy" to those. Nobody. And if you are and you're on PHA, you are literally doing something that could get you fired so I'd stop.

^^^^^^ Are you THAT emphatic about all the things you are ignorant about, or just some of the things? Most of us know about return rates and other rush stats. Every house has them and they most often are shared with their officers -- and while some houses keep them a secret, many don't. They are distributed by PanHel to give all of the houses a chance during rush and to let houses know where they need to improve. I am always confounded when people who are not in the loop pretend that something doesn't exist -- as if that will make it go away.

I actually know the rates and two of the sororities you mentioned did not make the list. So I would recommend you get off your high horse trying to pretend you're somebody special and would even more highly recommend keeping confidential info off Greek rank before it comes back to you.

I actually know the rates, too, and Theta, DDD, XO, PiPhi and ADPi indeed had the best return rates during rush in August. It wasn't in that order, however.

I'm actually a fan of Zeta and would've said they were rising. I suspect I clicked the wrong column on my iPhone, my bad girls, you're so pretty that I find it really odd you're even considered bottom lol

Lol zeta used to be pretty for a bottom tier house like a decade ago. Don't fall into the "alum" trap. Unfortunately for zeta, they now have nothing positive going for them. Being known as the "mean girl" house or the "psycho" house really isn't a great selling point which is why all the "pretty" bottom tier girls go SK and phi mu now. If it wasn't for their bad reputation, no one would even know who they are.

Idk what the alums are like but Zetas I met were still quite pretty, prettier than SK for sure. Although I still think SK is stronger because Zetas take a lot of rep risks.

That doesn't mean the girls you go for aren't geeky losers. It means your geeky losers are happy to be XO :)

DG is the winner of the past two years. They've stayed out of trouble and just worked on themselves. I wish more houses would take a page out of the DG handbook and fix things when they get bad. So much respect for them.

SK has been slowly improving this entire time. They started at the bottom and have been gaining at a moderate pace since. As they should.

ADPi is middle tier now. Pi Phi is top still but only because nobody else is good enough to replace them.

Zeta is fine. I just think more PNM's are pledging SK/Phi Mu over Zeta because the latter two have been improving.

Delta sucks. I'm bored with them.

I would add axo to the rising list too. I consider axo, Adpi, and DG all on the same level right now at the top of mid tier.

Aw AXO don't kid yourself... you're MUCH better than adpi!!! For real I'm impressed with you girls, you're some of the classiest and friendliest girls on campus. Keep it up and never get on the low level that a lot of girls on here are on, it's refreshing.
