So everyone knows you recruit the prettiest, most social, popular girls. Your sisterhood is okay. Most fraternities would want to be paired with you or do a social with you. Despite this, no one thinks you're a top house. You have so much potential, but you lose out on girls who aren't well rounded. How many leaders on campus are GPhi's? Not many. How many are being tapped or awarded on their academics? Either you start motivating your members to aspire to reach their potentials or recruit girls who will. Think about those great girls who slipped through the cracks after preference and went XO Pi Phi Theta and ADPi instead who would have been great for your chapter but GPhi didn't have what they needed. When are you going to take control?
