The fact that these houses think they're top tier is laughable. Just because Kappa has been pulled through the mud doesn't mean either of you can slip by unnoticed. You suck just like they do. I'm so sick of grubby upper middle tier houses trying to pretend they're good. We have THREE top houses, XO, Pi Phi and Delta. Any other house falls below them and does not deserve the title of top tier.
Watch yourselves or this website will put you in your place, just like we have with Kappa.

Newsflash hun, in order for a house to be knocked OUT of the top tier, there needs to be a house replacing them. Who has replaced Delta as the resident hotties and XO as the well rounded girls? Nobody.

I forgot theta, they're top too although not quite as good looking, pnms and frats love them. Maybe XO wouldn't be quite top 5

This is so ridiculous. Of course ADPi and Theta are top tier. There are 15 houses, five in each tier. The top houses on this campus without question are PiPhi, ChiO and TriDelt. They have the best rush and are the most selective. The next two are theta and ADPi, which also put on a great rush and are very choosy about who they take. Each of the five listed above have pledge classes in which at least 70% consist of members who preffed them first. That's why they're top tier. Mid-tier include AXO, DG, Kappa, Alpha Phi and Gamma Phi (in no order). The rest are bottom tier. Why in the world would someone think the tiers wouldn't have an equal number of members? That's just stupid.

Nope. We don't automatically allow two mediocre houses to ascend to the top tier sheerly for numbers sake. We've always had a top three and then an upper middle tier.

There is NOTHING mediocre about Theta or ADPi. They have strong identities and get exactly who they want during rush. And girls wear their letters proudly. If those two are mediocre, what does that make GPhi, APhi, Kappa, etc? They must be bottom of the basement -- except they aren't.

@whoa you're obviously in one of these houses (adpi or theta.... I'm gonna go with adpi because there's about as much of an uproar when somebody says a mean thing about them as there is kappa.) if I'm right and you are an adpi, spare yourself the same hate kappa did, and get off hear immediately. You are not top and in my opinion not even close.

I don't think I've seen one attractive girl walk out of either of these houses in my entire life. I take that back actually. Theta has a few business-smart-hot type girls. But not many. But I've genuinely never seen an above average adpi.
Also for some reason all I can think about anymore is that ridiculous ginger who writes crude and obnoxiois articles for tsm when I think of adpi.

Anyone who doesn't think Theta and ADPi are top tier is delusional. On a campus with an outstanding Greek system and stellar houses, where hundreds of girls don't even make it into a house they want, these two stand above all but PiPhi, ChiO and DDD. It often is said that the worst house on this campus could be the best on another campus. So that makes any house that pledges exactly the girls it wants pretty outstanding. Theta and ADPi are in that league.
