When I went through rush last year I was most impressed by the houses that were the most sincere. I really felt welcome at ADPi, PiPhi, ChiO, Theta, AXO, DG and most of the rest of the houses. I really felt that the women I talked with at those houses wanted to know about me. At most of the houses the conversation quickly became more like talking to friends. At Kappa, they just droned on and on about themselves, and that really put me off. I tried to get rid of them, but I am a Kappa legacy and they kept asking me back. Luckily I also am a legacy at another house and fell in love with it. I had three great choices on the last day of rush because I was finally able to get rid of Kappa, but each time I went there I thought they were more and more shallow and awkward.

And they come across exactly the same everywhere, in person, GR, during rush. It's like little man syndrome, trying to make up for what they're lacking

Kappa is going down hill, fast. They don't have a good looking pledge class at all. They got all of the girls who are only pretty with a certain filter at a certain angle. They are full of themselves and need to get off the pedestal. They aren't the bottom of bottom tier, but they aren't better than AXO or Theta.

I would say they rank significantly below AXO and Theta because those two houses have a strong identity and are go-to houses but people seem to wind up in Kappa by default.

AXO has gone from being a nondescript house to one full of smart, involved women with a strong sense of confidence. Sort of like ADPi. And both have extremely strong sisterhoods.
