If there is one thing the last few days have proved it is that we have a race problem on this campus. Perhaps taking a cue from the Republican wackos who want to be president, there are people who are wearing their intolerance on their sleeve -- and are proud of it. The sororities on this campus take a pledge that we will not discriminate and I, for one, would like to see PHC and the female members of the Greek community stand against racism, vow to uphold equality and reach out to make sure that those who are intolerant are in the minority. We can lead by example. It's time to start.

The sororities on this campus are full of extremely bright girls, especially compared to the average student and the average frat member. With our God-given aptitude comes a responsibility to rise above the fray and work toward what is good and right. Let's stand up for the rights of those who don't have the kind of powerful voice we do. Let's say "no" to racism and show each and every day in our words and actions that it will not be tolerated on this campus. We are so much better than that.

So proud to see this post. There are people who think we live in a post-racial society. They are wrong. Discrimination is alive and well and will be unless we all stand up to oppose it. The PHC sororities on this campus are united in our effort to not discriminate and that's a good thing. We are a wonderful example and I am so pleased to be a part of it. Let's keep up the good fight.

Mizzou students and football players are making national headlines today for their courageous stand against racial intolerance. This is what progress looks like. So happy to be part of it.

I'd like to see examples of the racism and what the president was guilty of please. I've been looking for awhile now and I do no see anything that he was directly involved in. So far it sounds like a few people who are morons and are trying to stir up other morons who are buying into it.

Get over yourselves. Those with social justice agendas are a disease. The demands on that list were absolutely unreasonable. Change needed to happen, but not like this. This has set the most dangerous precedent in modern day civil rights history. Disgusting to see how the liberal media has brainwashed all of you.

SOCIAL JUSTICE, 1, 2, 3!

His resignation seemed excessive and he probably did it to save the university from rioting chaos and destruction of the university.......people are so easily offended. This isn't really even a "real" problem.

This is just a symptom of what has been going on in this country for a few years now. From what I've seen so far is that it is his lack of reaction to what some idiots have been saying or doing around the campus that has called for people to protest in a extreme way. He has given into terrorism of a different sort, the ability to make people scared that others will react violently due to people's opinions. The power to a group of people who use fear as a weapon to further their own goals. Sound familiar?
