best frats to rush (not top tier)

I am currently rushing SAE, Delt Tau, and Delta Chi.
Im trying to find a frat that has cool guys but isn't full of a bunch of frat stars if you get what I'm saying. I just want a frat that parties every once in awihle.
So im trying to stay away from top tier ones like Sig Ep, Pike, etc

Any other suggestions that you guys think would fit a person like me?

Delta Chi and SAE are best for you, stay away from Delt

I would rush Kappa Sig this spring. You will be able to move into a new house in the fall. Their pledge class is awesome. Great guys who are super nice and smart but like to have a good time.
