pha exec board

Did we get any new houses represented on the PHA exec board or did the same few houses get members elected again as usual? Believe it or not, there are highly qualified candidates in all 15 houses - not just in the ones who have members year after year ( coincidence -NOT)!

There's a G Phi, Pi Phi, Chi O, AXO, 2 KDs, and an APhi. Sounds pretty diverse to me!!

Not really diverse if the same houses have representatives every year. And two from the same house is definitely not diverse. 2 KDs is probably not a coincidence.

When is the last time GPhi or APhi was represented on council? I think it is extremely diverse. The biggest surprise was that there were no Thetas, since last year there were 2. And no it probably isn't a coincidence that there are 2 KDs since they won the Panhellenic award and the last president was a KD.

I think that only one girl from each house can be represented would make it more equally represent able, but still there will be some houses who aren't represented. The important thing is that PHA chooses the most qualified, in their eyes, not from way chapter you are in.

I thought PiPhi wasn't involved at all and disappeared after rush. Or at least that's what some people always insist. And now they have a member on PHA exec. How can that be?????????????

Even if you did it doesn't magically make your entire house appear, pi phi. One girl on PHA exec doesn't mean anything. Just like one homecoming win doesn't mean anything, one Greek week win, one msa president, one this, one that. It's consistency. You can't just rush well and fall between the cracks.
