by: Truthin the next 8 years Tri Delt will be what theta is now. Theta use to be undoubtably the top house, when now I would put them solid middle. Tri Delt is showing they are going down this same road.

I don't understand the point of this. TriDelt is very selective. Theta is very selective. TriDelt is, and always has been, top tier. Theta is, and always has been, top tier. Tri Delt has pretty and smart girls. Theta has pretty and smart girls. Seems to me they already are similar.

At some schools where they have any combination of Gphi, Aphi, or AGD, all of which were founded at Syracuse, they do Orange Crush parties. (A reference to the Syracuse Orangemen, not the soda.)

I'm old now and In grad school and randomly going through this site because it's funny, but tri delts were absolute babes back in the day. Now I can't tell the difference between a theta and a tri delt. Looks like the only guaranteed hot houses anymore are still g phi and pi phi

Every house has started recruiting such a mix of girls that the only house that is solely a "hot house" is GPhi. I've met a lot of Pi Phi's who aren't as pretty as people say all Pi Phi's are. But none the less Pi Phi is still a top tier house and deserves to be

Have you not seen their pledge class? A lot of them are beautiful girls, but that pledge class does not live up to the standards that Tri Delt has set, and therefore it is the start of a slow descent for Tri Delt. I still think it's a top house, but it's not THE top house. Their grades are slipping so they recruited smarter, but not as cute girls. I agree with OP and Tri Delt will no longer be top tier in 10 years, they will probably slip to the upper mid and another house will take their place.

Judging based off looks Tri Delt is lower-mid tier, it's hard to believe anyone would even still consider them top? A Phi and Pi Phi are much MUCH better looking.

they recruit more off grades now and less off looks. The only problem is these new smart girls are not as smart as they were hoping. Also they are not involved and win nothing. Sounds pretty average to me
