Most Desired-Kappa, APhi, ADPi, TriDelt, Gphi, Theta, PiPhi,, Zeta, DG
Close to being the most desired: SK, CHIo, TriSig,Phi Mu, AXO

This all changes every year. Most of the rankings on this board are ancient and written by alumni that are not in touch with what goes on now.
The most desired houses are what girls want after meeting all houses. There is a slight over lap-but very slight.
The best way to form an opinion is to go through rush and judge yourself!
People will debate this-but this is the current FALL 2015 opinions. it definitely can be broken down from here-but this is a general over view!

Haha , I would probably switch one from most desire d to next desired. But I have to say this is pretty accurate as crazy as it seems!
