Probably not, financially taking older members is risky because they pay less dues overall. Also as you get older the involvemment in sorority life gets smaller and so they are less likely to give you a bid. I would say you have like a 1% chance

There are sororities that took juniors in formal recruitment, so it is possible. KD typically COBs so I'd look in to that - are you a current junior or are you thinking about next year?? They definitely take second semester sophomores

Kappa took 2 juniors in a recent formal recruitment. There is still hope!

Kappa doesn't take juniors. Most houses don't because it doesn't make financial sense no matter how nice the girl is.

I can give you names of the girls if you really are going to fight this. One if the girls is my close friend who was actually dropped from my house because of her junior status. Kappa took her.

I am a KD and we haven't taken juniors for the past few years, we have taken a lot of sophomores this past recruitment and are looking for freshman if we COB

If you were staying for 5 years instead of 4 you would have more of a chance but financially it is really hard to do! And since we took a lot of sophomores this year, like more than usual. We are gearing our COB class towards freshman. Defiantly do not give up because you never know what will happen!

I pledged an upper middle tier house as a junior transfer. There's hope.
