I was a DG COB member. It's not a bad thing, trust me. And DG typically does it every year (at least the last 3 - 4 for sure.) We keep it somewhat undercover so just stay close to the girls in your dorm, your classes, etc. Typically, we take friends of members so just keep your ears & eyes open. Good Luck!

DG has consistently taken a bunch of new members every spring as they typically have a LOT of new members drop. Good luck and just get to know as many DGs as possible as they try to keep it under wraps.
