idk about this

If we got a bid and ended up not liking the chapter, how do we go about dropping? I don't want to offend anyone but I don't think the sorority life is for me.

I don't know you, or know what chapter you're in, but here's some advice. You've been in your sorority for a few days. It's unlikely you've met all, or even most of your sisters yet. You haven't gone to any socials or formals, probably haven't done hardly anything with your chapter to be honest. It will get better. There are so many different personalities in every group that I'm sure you will find someone you love and connect with.
If you truly are miserable and can't stand another day of being with your chapter, make sure to drop before you're initiated so that you could potentially join another chapter in the future if you want.
I'm so sorry you aren't feeling being Greek! Talk to some of your sisters or your bid day buddy about how you're feeling before you make a decision.. Good luck!

If you decide to drop, be sure to ask yourself what else you will quit without having enough information to make an informed decision. And if you think you can go thru rush as a sophomore and do better, you probably are mistaken.

Honestly you haven't even given the chapter a chance yet. Plenty of girls have doubts in the beginning, but completely love it once they start getting to know their own pledge class. It probably just feels unfamiliar and new because there are a lot of changes happening in your life right now. I'd say stick it out at least until the first new member meeting. You might really surprise yourself!!
