Delta is still our most popular house.
I like the addition of Kappa and Theta to the top, they've earned it.
GPhi is more popular than ADPi, sadly, but PNM's like them a lot.
AXO and Alpha Phi are better than DG .
SK and Phi Mu are tied, both better than Zeta.
I do agree with KD in the bottom though.

nice try GPhi, kappa, ADPi, and Theta are all stronger houses. PNM's ranked them high, they had excellent return rates, and overall are more well rounded, involved houses.

The haters can keep on hating and low ranking these houses but the numbers don't lie. Both of these houses had an excellent recruitment with some of the highest return rates, equal to or even higher than at least one of the so called top houses and a few mid tier houses. Not having a house next year did not negatively affect either house, it may have done the opposite. I can't imagine what it will be like next year when pnms come through knowing they will be living in a new 5-10 million dollar house.

Why wouldn't Adpi be top tier? They are literally walking in chi Os shadows, but have cuter girls. Top tier for sure!
