This is accurate except for two changes: I would switch ADPi and Kappa and drop GPhi to the bottom of the middle tier. Kappa had another unremarkable rush and didn't do anything to cement an image while ADPi continues to go after a certain type of confident girl and succeeds in getting who they want. And GPhi is just nasty. They had a chance to undo some of the damage of the past semester and over the summer, but failed. This house needs to get its act together. I'm surprised its alums aren't stepping in.

I'm not a kappa advocate, but since we're clearly judging based on looks because I can't think you all know these ladies' personalities and gpas or "desirability" levels, and just to be fair and realistic, ADPI didn't do anything remarkable either in that ONE area were judging off of either. And yes, I've seen the entire pledge class. I watched them take their picture. Soooo idk.

No one wants Gamma Phi to fail. We want it to improve so that it no longer is an embarrassment to our Greek system. Abd iobkt a GPhi would say that every wide-eyed freshman girls wants to be in a pretty house. Pretty girls going through rush are a dime a dozen. In fact, the majority of girls going through rush are amazingly attractive. But only GPhi thinks that's enough while the better houses are looking for girls who have more substance, intellect and integrity.

Yes, it's true. G Phi is in the top tier. They are very popular everywhere except on this site ha ha ha. I doubt that they care what was written here and for sure the pnms didn't care.

this recruitment left those greek rank tiers in the past-as they should be.Time to give credit to the houses girls go after-and the ones they end up in. No longer pretty brainless girls-your 'mid' tier just totally upset your top tier. The brainy pretty girls were recruited correctly-and as stated-they upset these ranks.It will probably take a year or two-but take notice-there are others running through and sweeping up greek town!

Does have grades going for them. They deserve to stay at the bottom of the middle for that at least.

I don't think grades matter much when the difference between KD and the bottom tier is fractions of decimal places. It's not like KD has a house average of 3.5 and the bottom tier is averaging a 2.3 or something. Grades are very arbitrary in the long run.

Actually KD shares top of bottom tier and should read no order: KD/SK/Phi Mu all interchangeable for various reasons yet all share a common thread of improved for something. Next is Zeta and Sigma.

I think with how rapidly both Phi Mu and SK have improved compared with how quickly KD and Zeta have declined, the new bottom tier looks like this-

Phi Mu/KD/SK (No order)

Zeta/Sigma

Let's see. Zeta and KD both improved in grades. Both houses placed in comps this year. KD has members on steering committees and Panhellenic. Zeta is getting a brand new 8 million dollar house. Both houses made quota, recruited highly qualified girls, and had high return rates. Is this your definition of "quickly declining " and showing no improvement?
