cut because of this?

When I registered for recruitment, I had to upload a copy of my final transcript from high school. I went online to my school's grade accessing website, and it was closed for the summer. The registrar at my high school was also out for the summer, so I had no way to access my final transcript. As a solution, I uploaded a transcript that included all of my grades, GPA, and class rank from freshman, sophomore, junior, and FIRST semester of senior year only. Is this why I could have been cut from all sororities this morning? My pi chi called me this morning and told me I had been released and was devastated. I don't mean to brag, but I really am smart and had great conversations with so many houses. Is this why I was cut?
