fraternity housing questions

by:

Thank you in advance for any constructive responses. My questions are:

1) Are there any houses that allow or even support freshmen living in dorms their first year? Looking forward to experiencing the dorms.

2) Is Sigma Nu tearing down their house at the end of this school year (May 2016) and building a new house next Summer/Fall? If so, when is it expected to be completed?

3) Any other houses (other than SAE) going through major renovations? Any new colonies coming to campus in the next year (when I start)?

Not looking for who's the best or why I should not live in the dorms at all. Hopefully that is straight forward.

Regards,

Me

Who in their right minds would choose a "dorm experience" over living in a house and getting the "Fraternity experience"...?

And yeah I didn't answer any of your questions because idk nor do I completely care about any of those houses you've mentioned. Nor do I ever hear anything about them.

SAE is looking really good for next year. I heard about their renovations. They have the potential to be great.
