first day opinions??
by: JennyHey! I wanted to talk to other PNM's besides the ones in my Pi Chi group. I was wondering what you guys thought after the first day? Whose outfits did you like and where did you guys go? I really liked APhi and Delta personally but ADPi was also really cool, didn't expect to like them as much as I did.

You do realize, don't you, that all of these comments were posted by girls who already are member of sororities who were told to do so. I can assure you that PNMs have better things to do than comment on this site. Right now, in fact, they are calling home to talk to their moms and sisters about what they did and talking to girls in the dorms about their impressions and texting their good friends who haven't left for their colleges yet about this wonderful and bizarre thing called rush. So don't believe a word that you read on here. Oh, and just as an aside, these are the same sorority members who you likely won't see all week because they are upstairs scrutinizing Facebook and Instagram and Snapchat and every other sort of social media for embarrassing posts that could be reasons NOT to pledge someone. What's done behind the scenes often is more important than what you see.

Lol probably a zeta, jealous that no one liked their house. This is mean but I hope they have a horrible recruitment. They always trick good pnms to join their house and then they just end up dropping mid way through semester because they can't stand the drama or the older girls are mean to them.

You naive girls. I AM one of those people tasked with posting on here and checking social media. Here's a hint: it's probably best not to contradict something you know nothing about. Oh, and I'm not a Zeta. But I assure you Zetas, PhiMus. TriDelts, GammaPhis, Kappas, DGs.....absolutely EVERY house does this behind-the-scenes computer work. It's a vital part of rush.

Know for a fact 4 (and probably all of them aren't allowed) of those houses you just accused of literally tasking people to be on social media are 100% forbidden to be on ANY social media except private instagrams. They are particularly warned off this site and are reminded daily to stay OFF. I know in my house, which is one of the ones you mentioned so stupidly, has ONE girl gathering what facebook photos she can find of legacies so we recognize them and treat them accordingly when they walk in. That's literally it. So that's a lie.....
Go back to the basement of your crazy house that does recommend it. Stop spreading lies. I realize I shouldn't be on here but I am. Doesn't mean I'm some undercover agent lol. Doing it for my own personal entertainment like everyone else.

OK. I get it. You are the only active in the entire world who is on this site even though she is told not to be. Thanks for proving the point that it is NOT PNMs who are posting these observations, but members of sororities who have a vested interest in the outcomes.

had lots of favorites! loved kappa, kd, adpi, and chi o. didn't like pi phi as much as i had hoped to, phi mu the girls were nice, sk the girls were nice and sigma was just kind of awkward unfortunately. so tired from hearing from everyone how tri delta is the absolute best and we have to look perfect at that house. shouldn't we want to impress every house? and why on earth would you want to be in a house that what you look like is way more important than conversation. like I'm not saying tri delt is at all, but people aren't worried about their conversation there at all, just how they look which is sad

The above poster obviously is not a PNM. You go to only 7-8 houses the first day and she is regaling her vast experiences at 9. Cmon, girls. If you're going to lie, at least have a little pride in how you do it. And if there actually are any PNMs at all on this site, now you have lots of proof that these posts are bogus.

I liked a lot of the houses I went to today! I really liked ADPi and KD because I felt really comfortable and welcomed there. I also really enjoyed AXO and Chi O and had the best conversations as those 4 houses. I thought phi mu and SK were okay but I was more interested in the other houses because they weren't very interesting. I also enjoyed Kappa!

Yeah no, axo along with many other houses like KD, Adpi, pi phi, and chi o all have a variety of girls that recruit because they shoot for well rounded girls, not always the most attractive. I know for a fact they want everyone to cycle through rushing pnms so that every pnm can find an active they get along with really well. all the houses mentioned are all diverse houses that have many different type of personalities and extra circulars. That's why they always get well rounded pledge classes :) and in addition to your insulting comment, all the houses, including axo, have very attractive members which doesn't hurt :)

This is actually completely true. They say it's just "putting their best foot forward" and they pick which girls are not in talking positions if they aren't attractive.
