How does one define "doing well"? If it's making quota ( which is what nationals consider doing well and can actually be measured) then all of our houses except for one or two will be doing well. Houses will claim they got the hottest, smartest, most involved, all of their first choices etc...but the truth is every pledge class in every house will be full of a mixture of all kinds of these girls. Everyone wants to recruit great girls for their house and we are all fortunate to have so many well qualified PNMs that every house will be successful. It's about finding the ones that are the best fit for our house. It's not really a competition, there's no trophy for best pledge class and there's no way to rank each house's class even though I'm sure plenty will try to on this site as usual.
