They dropped a bunch of guys last year. I think they're stepping up. Someone told me their house got a $4 million renovation this summer(unconfirmed information). I think they're somewhere in the middle tier.

They're middle tier but on the rise. Their house got a 4.6 million dollar renovation this summer so they're climbing in ranks and I heard they pulled a cute pledge class this year. I think they'll really show up this fall with parties and in the spring with Greek week.

They better watch themselves. Get kicked off again and could be permanent. SAEs are having trouble nationally which is a shame as they tend to have strong chapters at the big schools.

Sigma Chi is another that could be in the same boat if they don't tone it down. Nationally, they too are quite strong.

Both look to be strong this year.
