partying sororities

Every house has girls that party. Really. Even phi mu and sigma. Obviously Gphi and delta are known for it the most. Then aphi and DG and chi o. As far as the least I would probably say KD, but in a group of 300 women, they will have some that party. The question you should be asking is, which house parties that frat guys like... For instance, sigma and zeta are the least favored by frat guys. Just like sororities has their favs and frats to avoid too. DU, sig chi, sig ep, FH, KA, pike are all pretty fun.

Absolutely. The ONLY thing that is important is whether frat guys like your house. I know that's how I measure success. I mean, I just don't think life is worth living unless some immature douchey blowhard with a 2.1 gpa who joined a fraternity that would take just about anyone thinks I'm worthy.

Chi O is definitely a "middle" partied house. KD used to be pretty non exisistent at parties but has become more social an it getting closer to that "middle". SK's also go out a lot, same with AXO's/APhi/DG

I want to know what parties party the least/most because I don't want to be in a house where all the girls just know how to party. I don't want to limit myself in that sense...I'm more into the sisterhood aspect and making friends. I do NOT want to join a sorority just so I can "make myself look good" and impress frats by how much beer I can down or hot I can be. That's sad in my opinion. I don't care about what frats think about me. I want to know what sororities are about sisterhood.

...It's just me, but I think that if I wanted to "know what sororities are about sisterhood" I probably would have asked "which sororities have the best sisterhood." And why do you think someone who parties is unable to be a good sister? Do you think the two are absolutely mutually exclusive?

I'm in tri sigma and a lot of girls in my house do not go out. We definitely party sometimes and know to have a good time but we pride ourselves in bonding with each other and spending time as a sisterhood instead of getting drunk and trying to impress the frat guys. It's not shameful to not be a "party house" and this website puts WAY WAY too much emphasis on looks and partying.
