grade cuts for pha

I'm a PNM and I was wondering on grade cuts for the different houses. I have a 3.7 on 4.2 scale...I was wondering if this would be low enough to be cut in some houses? How intense is the cut? If you have a rec letter but maybe a lower gpa is that enough to justify you getting a bid??

I'm in a solidly middle tier house and our grade cut is 3.2 on a 4 pt scale. I can't speak for other houses but that's what I assume is pretty typical!

If you are on a 5.0 scale, what would be the typical cut off? When I applied to Mizzou, I had to recalculate my GPA to a 4.0 scale.
