It's the Kappa promoter. Bring Pi Phi down to make them look better. No, wait....it's Phi Mu. They won HOCO last year just to make Pi Phi look bad in comparison. Hmmm....must be SK- as soon as someone brings up bus girl they have to dredge this up. Or maybe it's one of the secret societies.
