Settle down, Kappa. You are all over this threat. I know you want us to believe that you are a top choice, but this isn't the way to do that. The best way is to put on a good rush and convince PNMs that you have something special to offer. When you set yourself apart from the crowd, you won't have to spend you afternoons and evenings on this site trying too hard.

I am an actual PNM and I am very interested in kappa because my mother and grandmother were kappas. My best friend from high school is also a kappa legacy and is naturally very interested in kappa. We also know it is a reputable strong house which is appealing. I am allowed to be interested in whatever house I would like. So, Stop trying to make my mother's house less appealing to me. It's not working. I am also interested in Tri delt and pi phi as well.

I had my top three picked out before recruitment and then I went through recruitment and was very surprised by what I thought houses would be like and how they actually were. Just saying, don't have your heart set on something because you'll be surprised by what you actually feel when you're going through recruitment! You might even end up in a house you never considered and it can turn out to be exactly the right one :)
