bid day
by: WonderingHow does bid day go? When do you receive your bid and do they tell you before if you didn't get a bid? Also what happens after you find out which house you got into? What do the individual houses do? I'm just so excited but nervous at the same time!! Thanks!

I am a pnm, but I've been watching previous bid day videos and trying to gather information.. It seems that everyone will meet at the football field this year. you would know ahead of time if you aren't going to receive a bid. Your counselor will call you and let you know privately. All the girls who go to the field will get an envelope. from what I can see on line, everyone opens them at once. they are moving this to the field this year for space and heat issues. with almost 2.000 girls going through recruitment, it won't work at the columns any more for safety. Then you join your new house and go to bid day activities. Does this sound about right? I am very excited and cannot wait!!!!!
