This is something that is handled by each house on its own terms. There isn't any kind of across-the-board answer that anyone can give you.
For my house, for example, we have one billing schedule for our chapter dues and a completely different billing schedule for facility fees. So even within my own house, there isn't a single answer. Plus, we have the options to make multiple payments over the course of the year, or to pay everything in advance.
Sorry, but this is one thing you'll need to wait to find out about until your new member period starts.
