please help----- sae and delta chi

What tier will you rank SAE and Delta Chi.
Can you tell me or advise me on this two houses. They are my top choices and i have a bid from both of them.

Neither of these are good houses. Both bottom tier/irrelevant. Sorry, that's the cold, hard truth.

Dchi won homecoming alongside phi Mu and beta SIG this year and actually throw pretty great parties. Are bottom tier though.

I wouldn't personally take a bid from any of those houses. "Interesting" group of guys... But if those are your options... Go with whatever feels like you could be the most comfortable without feeling like you have to be someone you're not

I vote dchi because Sae is really weird and their house is too far to be relevant. I don't like going to Sae parties but I love delta chi parties and delta chi is more established. Sae just got their chapter re-established

Don't listen to any of these people, choose whoever you think you can get along with better. You could very well join D Chi which is technically better (even tho they are losing their house), but not have anything in common with them. Good luck.

SAE is beyond stagnant. They're thought by some to be weird. They didn't participate in hoco or Greek week. They don't have many members for having an okay house and being at Mizzou since 2012. The only thing they really do is that haunted houses philanthropy.. And maybe throw a party ever so often. Delta Chi is pretty diverse has around 100 members and their members are really involved in campus, they're all around good guys.

SAE is having a $4.5 million renovation. Delta Chi is losing their house. I heard SAE is gonna have good pledge class. Consider that
