This is pretty accurate, except TriDelts grades have slipped so they aren't known as a smart house anymore, but PiPhi and ADPi are. Theta should get some props for their good sisterhood. And the sporty stereotype for ADPi and the rich stereotype for DG are stereotypes from the past that aren't necessarily accurate any more.

This actually is pretty accurate, with the suggested changes above. I also would rearrange the bottom tier. I think SK has a way to go before they prove themselves and it has been a bit of a rocky road so far. PhiMu has a better sisterhood and Sigma has some attractive and involved girls who are taking the house in the right direction. But I would put Zeta at the top of this tier because it has been on the campus the longest, has more legacies that help strengthen the sisterhood and their grades are higher than DG, APhi, PhiMu, GPhi, SK and Sigma. You also will notice that GPhi isn't on the list. I would put them bottom middle.

I wouldn't put smart under Tri delta because they're type of smart doesn't compare to Theta's or Chi-O's. They have good grades but have slipped slightly. Also they have a popular philanthropy! I would add involved to KD's list too. And also GPhi needs to be on the list somewhere in the bottom middle.
