gpa question

Is there a different grade cutoff for a college GPA vs a HS GPA? Does a college GPA of a 3.3 mean more than a HS GPA of 3.3?

Yes. Sororities consider college GPA and high school GPA differently. I think it varies from house to house on which GPA will have more pull. However, I would say that a lower GPA from college is slightly less frowned upon than a lower GPA from high school. However a 3.3 isn't bad so you should be fine.
