Okay so I just read the policy of if u have under a 3.5 your choices can be limited. Regardless of all the other factors, just talking about gpa, will tri delt or like pi phi or chi o or Gphi cut me if I have a 3.45

Um, yes. Chi O, Tri Delt and Pi Phi have some of the highest chapter GPAs. Of course they'll cut you. There's a reason PHA said anything below a 3.5 will limit you.
