recruitment predictions

Chi O/pi phi/ delta - our top three houses that will have first pick and the highest return rates. Nothing new here. Expect bubbly funny extroverts from chi o, beauties with brains from delta, and the subtlety cool hipster from pi phi.
Upper mid tier-
Adpi - will have a great rush. They are continuously working on getting girls with the whole package. I expect this house to be very popular for rush.
Kappa - a good choice for pnms but not everyone will feel 100% comfortable in the house. Expect an average rush from these girls - cute and smiley, but kinda fake.
Theta - although typically they have high return rates, this is another "intense house." Many pnms fall in love with them, but in the end theta will choose who they want to uphold their academia stereotype. No change here.
Axo - perhaps the black horse of rush this year. They've been flying under the radar and, like Adpi, have been pledging girls who have the whole package. With Their increase in popularity I expect an exceptional rush for this house this year. Look for the attractive smart, but more humble type here.
DG - this is DGs year, they're been working hard to improve their roe and with aphi and Gphi on the downswing, DG will have their chance of moving back up the ladder. Look for some attractive social girls that would normally choose aphi to pledge DG instead.

It's because Zeta is directly trying to sabotage the recruitment of other bottom tier houses on this website. They've been making posts about Phi Mu, Sigma and SK non-stop trying to smear their names in an effort to make themselves look better like they always do.
It might be low hanging fruit, but Zeta is putting the target on themselves. They dish it out and then can't take it. Like always.

I haven't seen anything negative about these houses but there's been a ton of negative about Zeta. The thread about rushing Phi Mu was more negative about Zeta than about Phi Mu. i haven't seen anything at all negative about SK either. Somebody's trying to start drama where it doesn't exist as an excuse to bash Zeta.

Wow, just wow. I know to take everything on Greekrank with a grain of salt, but the kind of hate Zeta is getting right now is unreal. What have they done to deserve all the bashing? Because right now it just makes their competition look bad. And yes, I am a PNM, but if whoever is just going to be rude to me, I'll just assume it's whoever the competition is being rude.

We all know about Zeta and what they do and how they like to rush. Every year they sit back and pit the rest of their competition against each other to try and make themselves look better. And it worked when the rest of the bottom tier sucked. But since SK re-colonized and Phi Mu has gotten stronger, Zeta has been cracking. They get more vicious each year and if you are keen enough to observe, they've invented the "Zeta Basher" who they like to blame all of their problems on like the boogie man.
Don't take my word for it though. The evidence is all over this website. Just take a trip back through the archives and make the decision for yourself.

For the love of God, find a new hobby. We get it, you don't like Zeta. I read this site for the entertainment value but this is putting me to sleep.

Lastly is tri sigma. They could possibly do better this year but who knows. The stigma is messing with sigma. They could work their asses off to make improvements for their sorority and recruitment, but it won't work if the stigma that's out there is turning off PNM's. I honestly think going a fall semester without needing to COB would be a great achievement for them. They can build up from their afterword

DG has been rebuilding after their scandal and laying low and got a decent pledge class last semester. AXO has been getting well rounded girls but they are just missing something to be on the same level as ADPi and such. If KD gets a solid good looking pledge class then it could bump them up a lot because they seem to have the whole package besides being 50/50 on looks. SK will probably get the best of the bottom tier, as they deserve.

Id like to know what exactly axo is missing. I totally agree, but also feel bad for them at the same time because while they get better and better every year, they're still "average." If you think about it, they have eveything they need to be on the same level as Adpi/kappa/theta. Typically good grades, some semesters in top 5, other times a little below. Place often in competitions. Are decently attractive and social (more hits than miss). Popular during recruitment, and have good relations with other houses. What is that X-factor they're missing? Just curious.

The only thought I have of why AXO hasn't risen to the next level is because they are so middle of the road. They have a wonderful thing going but they don't stand out the way the top houses do. The soemtimes place in comps but usually don't, they have middle of the road grades, middle of the road looks. Once they find soemthing that makes thme special in a great way then that might boost them to the same level as the top houses.

AXO is so blah and couldn't even come close to AdPi, Kappa or Theta. They basically are irrelevant.
