recruitment predictions

Chi O/pi phi/ delta - our top three houses that will have first pick and the highest return rates. Nothing new here. Expect bubbly funny extroverts from chi o, beauties with brains from delta, and the subtlety cool hipster from pi phi.
Upper mid tier-
Adpi - will have a great rush. They are continuously working on getting girls with the whole package. I expect this house to be very popular for rush.
Kappa - a good choice for pnms but not everyone will feel 100% comfortable in the house. Expect an average rush from these girls - cute and smiley, but kinda fake.
Theta - although typically they have high return rates, this is another "intense house." Many pnms fall in love with them, but in the end theta will choose who they want to uphold their academia stereotype. No change here.
Axo - perhaps the black horse of rush this year. They've been flying under the radar and, like Adpi, have been pledging girls who have the whole package. With Their increase in popularity I expect an exceptional rush for this house this year. Look for the attractive smart, but more humble type here.
DG - this is DGs year, they're been working hard to improve their roe and with aphi and Gphi on the downswing, DG will have their chance of moving back up the ladder. Look for some attractive social girls that would normally choose aphi to pledge DG instead.

I think this is absolutely right. Maybe just add KD to the list as it going to be there year (hopefully) to raise their status! They've been eating lots of good feedback on their video series and placed 5th in grades. If they get some PNMs with the whole package it could definitely put them in the upper middle or at least solid middle

Lower middle tier
Aphi - still a popular choice for girls who don't have the grades for the top houses, I predict their popularity will slip and they will lose their top choices to DG and axo this year. Aphi needs to focus on grades and involvement this year to earn back their spot in upper mid tier
KD - like axo, this house is an underdog. KD has bounced back and forth between bottom and mid tier over the years, I predict this house may be on the upswing and will stay in mid tier if they get a decent pledge class this year. They have everything except social pretty girls. If they focus on that this recruitment they could have a more dynamic and balanced house to boost them into mid tier for good.
Gphi - will they put on a good rush? Sure. Will they get pretty girls? Most likely. But 2014/15 was hard for Gphi. They constantly had to fight the racism scandal and it doesn't look like it's going away anytime soon. Expect the same type of girl to end up here, but their flattering popularity will have them losing a lot of good prospects.

Bottom tier-
SK - sk continues to impress. They are outgoing and friendly and will have the top choice of the bottom tier this year. I expect because they don't have a negative stereotype or stigma like the rest of bottom tier, will have girls pledging SK over phi mu, ZTA, and sigma. Expect cute friendly girls to join this house this year.
Phi mu - with a win for homecoming and their recent cute PCs, I predict phi mu will have a good rush. They are still fighting their old stereotype and pnms sadly will judge them harshly on it. I predict that they will lose their top choices to sk, but will still have a decent PC.
ZTA- notoriously back stabbing other houses and sabotaging their competitors recruitments will earn zeta a top PC for bottom tier. They always get cute looking pledges, this year will be no different. However I predict that pnms will pref SK over zeta if they pick up on the falseness of the zeta house. Sk is gaining popularity and Greeks continue to losing respect and patience for the dramatic zeta house. I predict an ok rush for this house, but a fall in the ranks for 2015/16 year.
Sigma - they have a lot of work to do, and they know it. We all are wishing the best of luck to this house to keep afloat. I predict this house will continue to struggle for numbers, but hopefully will get a PC that is willing to give sigma a chance.

You must be quite the detective! Almost every house got a positive review and houses that didn't are known for problems, none of that information is new. Sorry your house wasn't complimented. it's just an opinion, maybe try not to be so butthurt about it. Not everyone's going to like your house.

I don't know if you're read more into the thread, but APPARENTLY we're all a bunch of cyberbullies for expressing how we feel about certain houses. So we can't just be direct about which houses we don't like. Or else we might hurt their wittle feelings :(

I agree with pretty much all of this post. This is going to be DG and AXO's year and hopefully don't lose momentum. Along with them I think that KD is going to snag some girls that is going to officially put them in the upper middle tier. The top houses will continue to do well, and maybe Theta and Kappa will step it up and get a more diverse bunch! And Phi Mu will hopefully out rush Zeta and SK is going to get the best of the bottom tier.

Zeta will continue to rest of their "pretty girl" schtick, not realizing that Phi Mu and SK have been recruiting cute girls for the last two years. Being the hot house in the bottom tier worked for Zeta for awhile but now the rest of the bottom tier is stepping it up. And they can win comps, Phi Mu won HOCO and SK placed top five in their first competition, and after only having been back on campus for three years. Phi Mu and SK are going to duke it out for the top of the bottom tier and Zeta is going to fall to third.

Agreed. Zetas is trouble and everyone seems to know it. Even they know it with all their smack talk on phi mu lately. Zetas freaking out!

Yeah. Keep it going. You mean the Zetas who placed 9th this year in grades (above DG, GPhi, SK, Phi Mu, APhi & Sigma? The Zeta who have placed in comps the past two years (at least)? The ones who are typically described as top 4-5 looks on campus? The ones with the outstanding nationals and philanthropy? The ones who have outstanding recruitments year after year? Those Zetas?
