Not very popular on campus and their house used to be a morgue

For a house that's only been around for a few years, they have had quite a few ups and downs. At their best, they had almost 100 members so obviously people like them. From what it sounds like lately, they are back on the upswing since they aren't in trouble anymore and getting a bit of attention again from formal rush. They still have some work to do since they catch a bit of flack and they're a little far away, but they still have fun despite the location.

They have a huge/nice house but its a little far away. They are just a colony so the future is bright if they do it right.
