No, because the whole purpose is getting it from someone who graduated , hence why you sign up as an alum to get the form from most of the national sororities websites and you have to put ur info in, also that's very rigged for many reasons A) being they can easily be ur good friend because they are still in college, so basically anyone would be able to do that, and I think the expierence and level of knowledge in writing a letter while still in a house is very low. Also if houses see you got a rec from someone who legit can easily be standing right next to them, that goes to show that that girl couldn't search harder for a rec from an actual alumnae and has to resort to her friends
